📌 Cases where emails might not be delivered
- Customers using mobile email addresses (docomo / au / SoftBank)
- Customers using free email services such as Hotmail / Yahoo! Mail / Gmail
Mobile email addresses, in particular, often have difficulty receiving emails, so we recommend using a PC email address when placing an order.

Your emails may be automatically blocked by a spam filter.
Please add the following two addresses to your allowed sender list:

- noreply.bmk@gmail.com (Sender only)
For customers using free email services (Gmail / Yahoo! Mail / Hotmail, etc.)
Emails may be automatically sorted into your spam folder or trash.
Please check the following folders:
- Spam folder
- Trash
- Promotions folder (for Gmail)
You can prevent emails from being sorted into the spam folder by setting up email filters.
Please check for any typos in your email address
Please check if the email address you entered at the time of your order is correct.

Please check your mailbox capacity
If your mailbox capacity has reached its limit, you will not be able to receive new emails.
Please delete old emails or organize your inbox.
