We would like to inform you of our business schedule for the New Year holidays as follows.
During this period, customer support will be suspended, but product shipping will continue as normal.
Year-end and New Year's holiday period
Customer support service suspension period:
Monday, December 30, 2024 - Friday, January 3, 2025
Normal business operations will resume on Monday, January 6th .
Please note that we will continue to accept online orders as normal during this period.
We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, however please be aware that there may be delays during the holiday season.
Information regarding inquiries
Inquiries received after 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 27th will be handled in order from Monday, January 6th onwards.
We expect to receive a large number of inquiries after the holidays, so it may take longer than usual for us to respond to your inquiries. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your understanding.
Also, since posts on Instagram are made by reservation, there will be posts during the New Year holidays, but please note that we will not be able to respond to inquiries.
Notes on product shipping

During the New Year holiday period, shipping is expected to be busy due to the suspension of shipping operations and traffic congestion. It will take longer than usual to clear customs. The Sagawa Express tracking number will be updated after passing through customs. It usually takes about 3 to 5 days, but it may take more than twice as long.
Please check the Sagawa Express parcel inquiry system for information on the status of your delivery after it has been updated. For any other inquiries, please contact your nearest Sagawa Express office directly.

Customs clearance procedures may also take longer than usual. After customs clearance, tracking numbers will be updated on " 17TRACK ." While customs clearance usually takes 3–5 days, it may take significantly longer during this period.

Normal operations resumed on January 6, 2025 (once a week).
During the above-mentioned period, our network was constantly updated.
We will try our best to deliver the goods, but the quantity will be increased during the holiday period, and the possible meeting will be postponed, thank you for your understanding.
