【Shipping Fees】

International shipping fee is 700 yen for all regions in Japan. No additional fees will be charged for Hokkaido, Okinawa, or remote islands! Free shipping for orders over 12,000 yen. Shipped via Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.

Other countries: Free shipping for orders over 15,000 yen. Orders below 15,000 yen will incur a shipping fee of 20 USD.

・Regular Products International shipping takes approximately 1-4 weeks (average delivery time is 1-2 weeks). After ordering from the manufacturer, the product is inspected and shipped.

・Instant Overseas Shipping Shipped from overseas within 1-3 days. We can quickly ship from our overseas warehouse stock. *If you place an order for only instant delivery items in one transaction, we will ship them immediately. If you order instant delivery items with regular products, we will ship everything together when everything is ready.

・Instant Domestic Shipping Shipped from Japan within 1-5 days. We can quickly ship from our domestic warehouse stock. *If you place an order for only instant delivery items in one transaction, we will ship them immediately. If you order instant delivery items with regular products, we will ship everything together when everything is ready.

*Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as production constraints, manufacturer's operations, local holiday seasons, weather conditions or disasters, and customs procedures may cause further delays.

*As we ship internationally, we cannot guarantee that orders will arrive by a specific date.

・To offer the best price possible, we ship in simple packaging with consideration for environmental issues. Shoes and accessories may not come in a box.

・For personal information protection, we strive for paperless delivery and do not enclose an invoice. Please confirm your order confirmation email.

・We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than shipping.

・If you are not available to receive your delivery, the delivery company will contact you with a notice of absence. Please contact the delivery company to arrange for re-delivery. If the storage period has expired, the product will be disposed of at a fee in the delivery center, and we cannot provide any further assistance, such as resending or refunding. If you contact us before disposal, we can arrange for reshipping at your expense, including return shipping, reshipping, and fees (which may vary depending on weight and distance). We are not responsible for any products that are abandoned and disposed of.
