  3. Change of personal information usage purposes Our shop may change the usage purposes of personal information within the scope reasonably considered to be relevant and will notify or disclose to customers in case of such changes.

Restrictions on the use of personal information Unless permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws, our shop will not handle personal information beyond the necessary range to achieve the usage purposes without the consent of customers. Disclosure of Personal Information When requested to disclose personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, our shop will promptly disclose the information to the customer after confirming that the request is made by the customer himself/herself (We will notify the customer if the personal information does not exist.). However, this does not apply if our shop is not obligated to disclose the information based on the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

Correction and Deletion of Personal Information When a customer requests correction, addition or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, on the grounds that the information is not true, our shop will promptly confirm that the request is made by the customer himself/herself and conduct necessary investigations within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. Based on the investigation results, we will correct or delete the personal information and notify the customer accordingly (We will notify the customer if we decide not to make the correction, etc.). However, this does not apply if our shop is not obligated to make the correction, etc. based on the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information If a customer requests suspension or deletion of the use of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") based on the grounds that their personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use that was previously made public, or was obtained by fraudulent or other illegal means, our shop will promptly confirm that the request is made by the customer himself/herself and, if it is found that the request is justified, we will suspend the use, etc. of the personal information and notify the customer accordingly. However, this does not apply if our shop is not obligated to suspend the use, etc. based on the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.
